Training in planning and integrating social issues into PDSECs

REMAFEDE’s strategy consists of:

• Organize training and support sessions offered to women interested in political engagement, in order to prepare them to run for office and to hold elected positions;
• Support and accompany women who are interested in developing their leadership potential, in better understanding the functioning of the bodies that interest them and in acquiring and experimenting with new know-how;
• Support the democratic engagement of women by allowing them to benefit from the support of a political figure, in order to promote the development of political « knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills » which respects authenticity and the values ​​of people;
• Foster the networking of women from all walks of life, of all ages and all backgrounds who want to exchange with each other, get involved in decision-making bodies, share their experiences and learn from those of others, in order to ensure anchoring mixed approaches to social and democratic participation.
