Madame DEMBELE Gogo Kaba DIAKITE

Secretary General of the Network of Elected and Political Women for Participatory Democracy (REMAFEDE).

She is the Mayor delegate to the Town Hall of Bakaribougou in Commune II
of the district of Bamako. Since 2009, she has been a Municipal Councilor at the Town Hall of Commune II of the District of Bamako. Within its Town Hall, it is responsible for:

• Contribute to the development of the Work Program of the
  Commune,
• Civil status and marriages
• Prepare daily copies of birth certificates,
• Ensuring meetings with City Hall staff,
• Enter past documents for legalization and mimeo,
• Draw up monthly activity reports for the Town Hall,
• Filing administrative documents,
• Contribute to the development activities of the Commune in general and
  of the neighborhood.

She was trained on:

• Violence against women between 2009-2014
• The question of gender between 2016-2020,
• The development of the Terms of Reference (ToR) of the national meetings in
  2021
• Soap Making Training 2022
• The development with women political leaders of the roadmap by
  in relation to the transition in 2021
• How to approach the 2022 voters in the Governorate
• Preparation of the municipal budget (Governorate) in 2021.

For 8 years, she has participated in the activities of regional, inter-cultural weeks
neighborhood and continues to be involved in the development of cultural activities
in his municipality. She is a member of the Malian Network of Elected Women and
Policies for Participatory Democracy (REMAFEDE) since 2009. She exercises
other activities as a female political leader in my commune. Among his
activities can be noted:

• EIG “ADAM JEYA” headquartered in Niarela
• Associations on widows and emancipation and awareness
  youth and women in the development process.

As an elected official, she participated 3 times in the activities of March 8 at the United Nations in
New York.
Madame DEMBELE Gogo Kaba DIAKITE received a distinction made by
